In return we expect you to value our time and efforts so our policies are rather stringent as we want to focus on manifesting our best in this world. Please help us continue to be as efficient as possible by making intentional purchases.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE

By making any purchases from the Site, you signify your assent to this refund policy. If you do not agree to this policy do not make purchases from this site.

Steller Botanical Health, LLC may revise and update the Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time.

ORDERS ARE FINAL ONCE THEY ARE SUBMITTED AND CANNOT BE CHANGED.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS: once purchased there are NO REFUNDS on digital products.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Damages and issues.  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.If you find an item unsatisfactory it is your responsibility to contact as soon as possible so we can address your concerns.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you find an item or service unsatisfactory we will need you to provide specific information regarding your disapproval and reasons for requesting a refund. Depending on the item being returned photos or return of the physical item may be requested in order to receive your refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Food, Herbs or Supplements that have been opened are generally not eligible for refunds. Please inspect items for flaws before opening them. Reasonable requests for returns are determined at the sole discretion of Steller Botanical Health.  

HERBS: We are proud of the herbs we grow and the care we put into their preservation. If you have a problem with a dried herb that you have purchased please notify us by email of any issues. Please be aware that we live in rural Alaska so shipping delays due to weather are possible. If you want to return an herb or want a refund you will be asked to document your complaint by email and/or with photos. To qualify for a refund on dried herbs you must document your complaint within 30 days of purchase of the product.

TO INITIATE A RETURN OR REFUND, you can contact us using this link call us at 907.209.6180. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us through our contact form or at 907.209.6180




CANCELLATION POLICY

APPOINTMENTS: Appointments scheduled through this site must be cancelled within 24 hours of the start time of an appointment in order to receive a refund. If you are late for an appointment this time cannot be made up and you are responsible for the full fee of the appointment. There are no refunds for appointments that have already taken place.
