HEALTH APPOINTMENTS

What type of appointments can I make?

Appointments can be focused on health concerns and how to use herbs, nutrition, and/or supplements to create better health. Acupressure points you can do on your own or other therapies you can do for self care are priorities.

Appointments can be focused on life coaching to help you explore stuck emotions and/or trauma with techniques to practice new, healthier ways of being. So you can consciously step forward into being your higher self.

Appointments can be a blend of the above. This is recommended only if you commit to a series of 4 or more appointments so we have adequate time to address all of your goals.

Tele-Consult: We offer secure virtual video appointments or telephone appointments.

In Person Appointments: If you are in Gustavus we can meet in person for a health consultation or for bodywork therapy.

What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?

Client must cancel an appointment at least 24-hours before the appointment starts. If Client fails to notify Steller Botanical Health within this time-period, then Client shall pay for the cancelled appointment.

This is to honor Jen's time as she is working with other clients in need of appointments and attending to the demands of her micro-farm.

Bodywork Sessions

Please wear loose comfortable clothing to your appointment. Please do not wear carharrt type pants or jeans. Pajamas, sweats and other loose clothing is fantastic!

Sessions can be scheduled in 1 hour or 1.5 hour increments. We recommend 1.5 hours as the best value.

Gustavus Grown Produce

We are proud of the freshness and quality of our produce which means that we only offer it available for sale in Gustavus and Juneau. Limited produce like garlic and onions can be shipped via USPS.

Value added products, such as vinegars, mustards, pickles and preserves are only available for sale in Gustavus or through Salt & Soil Marketplace.
